Shipping/Processing

Free shipping always.
Shipping is through USPS.
All orders take 2 working days to process. (excluding weekends and holidays)

Local Delivery (temporary)

Local Delivery/Drop-offs is a temporary shipping method that is FREE to local customers living within 10 miles of our location.

Drop-Offs are done on Wednesdays ONLY, so please plan accordingly. Orders placed after Wed will be dropped off the following Wed. Paying for shipping may be a faster option if items are needed sooner.

Please contact me if you are unsure whether your location is within the drop-off zone.

Pre-Orders

To find PRE-ORDER on your mobile device - Go to [SHOP] - Click box [CATEGORIES] - Pre-Order will be listed at the bottom.

Pre-Order items are items that are arriving soon from our warehouse! The shipping time varies between 4-8 weeks.

The ESTIMATED IN-STORE ARRIVAL DATE can be found on each item in the information section. The in-store arrival date is ESTIMATED and does not guarantee in store arrival. Please keep in mind that unforeseen political/economic/weather delays can affect this date.

Placing an order on a Pre-Order item guarantees that you will be get your size and color. Once the product arrives in-shop, you will receive a notification via email or text, and items will be shipped shortly after.

Once items have arrived in-store, the product will be moved out of Pre-Order sub-category and into their appropriate categories.

Last Chance

Last Chance items are SOSANI samples from the manufacture that did not make the selection to be permanently available at SOSANI.

Once item has been claimed, it will be removed from the last chance category.

There are no flaws in these pieces, unless noted otherwise.

Last chance items follow the same processing timeline.

Last chance items are One of a Kind - there is only one piece available as samples are ordered 1 per style/color/size. Although other items may be similar in style but are different in size/color. Please read label carefully before ordering.

Last chance items are your opportunity to snag items at a heavy discount.
